Privacy Policy
RoseGlass is a listing tool for resellers: you photograph inventory, our AI agent identifies and prices it, and — after you approve — it posts the listing to your own eBay store. This policy explains what we collect to make that work, and what we don't do with it.
What we collect
- Account information — the business name, your name, and email address you give us at signup.
- Inventory data — the photos your team submits, optional notes typed with them, and the identifications, prices, and listing drafts our system produces from them.
- eBay connection — when you connect your eBay store, eBay gives us an authorization token that lets RoseGlass create listings and read your orders and sales history on your behalf. We never see or store your eBay password.
- Sales history — your own listings and sold-item records from eBay, used solely to price your future items more accurately.
- Billing — payments are processed by Stripe. We store your plan, your compute-run balance, and Stripe's customer reference. We never see or store card numbers.
- Identity verification — if you complete owner verification, it is performed by Stripe Identity; we store only the verified/not-verified result, never your documents.
How we use it
To run the service you signed up for: identifying and pricing your items, drafting and publishing your listings, detecting your sales, metering your usage, and billing your plan. Item photos are sent to the AI model you selected (Anthropic, Google, or Meta) to perform the identification — that is the product working, not advertising. We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it to train models.
Every account's inventory, sales history, and pricing corpus is scoped to that account alone. Your sales history improves your pricing — never another seller's. Workers on your team see only the camera page; they never see pricing or sales.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to operate: Supabase (database, storage, and application hosting), Stripe (payments and identity verification), Vercel (website hosting), eBay (your marketplace, at your direction), and AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, or Meta, per your model selection). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your inventory data, photos, and stored eBay authorization; you can also revoke RoseGlass's access at any time from your eBay account settings, which immediately disables our ability to act on your store. Billing records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Security
Credentials and tokens are stored encrypted in a managed vault; access to your data flows through authenticated application services only — there is no direct public access to the database. Publishing to eBay is additionally gated behind explicit per-account switches and human approval.
